Supported venues

TWAP splits a total order over a chosen duration. The trading panel offers TWAP on Binance and Hyperliquid and uses the connected trading account. Follow Exchange connections and verify the account first.

These are the current form limits, expressed as total order notional. Venue, contract, balance, and account requirements still apply. Read the actual submission receipt to confirm acceptance.

Configure and submit

  1. 01

    Verify account and market

In the News trading panel, select the venue, pair, long or short side, and TWAP.

  2. 02

    Enter the total size

Use Amount or Quantity and verify the unit, leverage, and calculated order notional.

  3. 03

    Set the duration

Enter hours and minutes; Hyperliquid also supports days. Check the minimum and maximum shown in the form.

  4. 04

    Review execution options

Check Reduce Only against the existing position when reducing exposure. Hyperliquid also offers Randomize. TWAP displays execution settings; do not assume take-profit or stop-loss settings from another order type are included.

  5. 05

    Submit and check the receipt

Submit once after reviewing the full order, then open the TWAP tab below the chart. If the result is unclear or times out, inspect existing tasks and trade history before trying again.

Monitor execution

Open TWAP below the chart and check the symbol, side, progress, remaining value, and time. Binance shows account tasks. Hyperliquid also combines visible market-monitor TWAPs; your tasks are labeled Mine. Check the venue and symbol when filtering All, Long, or Short.

No active TWAP orders does not mean no fills occurred. Completed or terminated tasks can leave positions; also check Positions and Trade history.

Terminate or close a position

Select Terminate on your own active task, wait for the result, and verify its removal from the active list. Termination stops future execution; inspect existing fills and exposure separately.

When a close-position dialog detects related active TWAPs, it offers to terminate them after closing, selected by default. Read this option before submitting, then check remaining exposure, TWAPs, and protective orders. A task left running may continue to change the position.

For the full submission checklist, see Trading and risk.

Common issues

  • If TWAP is missing, check that Binance or Hyperliquid is selected and the account is connected.

  • If submission is disabled, check size, notional, duration, and form messages.

  • If termination fails, read the error and refresh the task state before leaving.

  • If task and position data disagree, wait for a refresh and confirm the receipt at the venue.
