The MCP page shows Available messages, Total Points, and Used. The allowance summary separates recurring plan PTS from purchased PTS.

Membership plans
The annual page currently shows a 20% discount for Pro and Max and does not list Plus. Before paying, switch between Monthly and Annual and verify the plan, billing period, and final amount shown in the product.
The terminal, high-speed news, and Twitter data “equivalent market value” on the Max card is a product-provided feature comparison, not the amount billed. Use the price at the top of the card and on the payment page.

How PTS is calculated
The basic conversion shown by the product is 1 Point = 20 messages for news and tweet message capacity. AI, WebSearch, monitoring, live WSS, company data, row-based tools, and other specialized calls use their own rules.
News and Twitter WSS cost 0.5 PTS for each pushed message, so 2 messages cost 1 PTS. Connections are billed separately. If the same message reaches two connections, each connection consumes 0.5 PTS. The basic 1 PTS = 20 messages conversion does not apply.

The product states 1 PTS for 2 pushed messages, which equals 0.5 PTS per message. Connections are billed separately.
PTS charge rules
A dash in Applicable plan means the tool is available to accounts at every membership level. Max means only Max-plan accounts can use the tool. Buying one-time PTS adds spendable balance but does not unlock Max tools.
